• 322 g Custard
• 80 g Eating chocolate
• 96 g Cream

 

Chocolate ice cream recipe:

• Make custard.
• Simply add the boiled melted milk chocolate .
• Add the cream over the mix is still liquid and beat vigorously with a whisk to lighten the mixture.
• Pour into ice cream maker and place in the freezer.
• Serve as is or cut into more elaborate portions.
• If you do not have an ice cream maker, beat the mixture 3 times at 20 minute intervals.
