Peach sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
4 peaches
300g sugar
The Peach Sorbet Recipe:
- clean Fisheries
- in a saucepan, place the peaches, cover with water, add sugar
- make heat to poach the fruit (35 to 45min)
- book poaching syrup 40cl
- Remove peaches, peel and pit the
- heat the syrup to it reduced by half
- mix the peaches and syrup
- let the mixture cool
- refrigerate for a tast Peach Sorbet
