Rum raisin ice cream recipe
Ice Cream Recipe Ingredients:
2 eggs
120g sugar
400ml milk
100ml fresh cream
100g grape
40ml rum
Rum Raisin Ice Cream Recipe:
- In a bowl marinate the raisins in the rum
- separate whites from the egg yolks
- beat the egg yolks with half of the required sugar until the mixture whitens
- beat the egg whites until the mixture appears stiff
- stir in the white to yellow
- mix the milk and cream and stir
- add the remaining sugar to the mixture
- refrigerate the mix
